How do I book a stay at Petra House?
You can book directly through our website using the booking form, or contact us via email or phone. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before your arrival date. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial charge. Please contact us directly for any cancellation requests.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival or can be paid in advance.

How many guests can stay at Petra House?
Petra House can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. We have 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room.
Is the kitchen fully equipped?
Yes, our kitchen comes with all essential appliances including oven, fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware and utensils for preparing meals.
Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes, we provide high-quality linens, towels, and basic toiletries. Fresh towels are provided for your entire stay.

How far is Petra House from the village center?
Petra House is located just a 5-7 minute walk from the center of Pedoulas village, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
Is parking available?
Yes, we provide free private parking on-site for our guests. The parking area is secure and easily accessible.
How do I get to Petra House from the airport?
Petra House is approximately 2 hours drive from Larnaca Airport and 1.5 hours from Paphos Airport. We recommend renting a car for the most convenient access to the mountains.

What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at Petra House to ensure the comfort of all our guests and maintain the property's condition.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the chalet. However, you may smoke on the private balcony or outdoor areas.
